Mentorship programme overview
De Wet De Villiers Financial Services carefully select candidates to be appointed in specific servicing and administrative positions to:

  1. Be slowly exposed to the financial services industry.

  2. Be economically empowered and earn an income initially.

  3. Work alongside experienced , trained individuals with 1 0 years or more experience in the industry.

  4. Receive in-house training on a continual, hands on basis.

  5. Receive and be exposed to training provided by product houses applicable to their specific positions.

  6. Receive and be exposed to specific industry related issues like handling client queries , basic computer skills, basic telephone and communication skills, on the job problem solving techniques and skills.

  7. Slowly becoming exposed to individual financial planning processes and skills.

  8. Develop into skillful service and/or administrative financial consultants service service and/or administrative financial consultants servicing/ operating in different specialized fields of the industry, i.e. healthcare/ medical schemes, pension & provident schemes, investment principles and products, holistic financial planning, and general financial knowledge of economic affairs.
